iTunes won't automatically copy my newly updated apps from USB syncing

Hello!

My iTunes won't copy my newly updated apps on my iphone, I tried using the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases [my device name] and I tried also resetting my authorization in my iTunes in my Mac, to no avail.

It it really frustrating that you have to download it all over again with a slow internet connection that is not really good.
