iOS 9 not getting notifications, WiFi bug, emoji keyboard bug?

hi guys, I'm using iOS 9.0.0 on iPhone 6 and I've noticed a few problems.

1. Sometimes I don't get notification. Example when someone double (or more) texts me on whatsapp, I will get only one notification sound. But all the messages will appear on my home screen. As if my phone was on silent. LED notifications work for all the messages though. I only don't get the vibration and tone.

2. Is there a WiFi bug where occasionally it disconnects the WiFi connection and turns it off?

3. Emoji keyboard sometimes when I scroll through the emojis, I get to one page and pause for like 1 second and the keyboard automatically switches back to the default keyboard.

Am I the only one experiencing this or do other people have the same problem. Thanks
