iOS 9.1 and syncing photos in iTunes?

I have iOS 9.1 (beta) and recently updated to the latest version of iTunes. It shows there there are zero photos in all of my albums (I have 15,000 photos organized by year) in iTunes and will not sync with photos no matter what I do!

The screenshot attached shows how all of the albums say 0 when they should have 1,000-3,000 pictures in them and did about a week ago, though with both updates happening so close together I'm not sure which caused the problem. Anyone else experiencing this? Know how to fix? Just wait for another update?
