You need to contact Apple Support: https://www.apple.com/support/watch/contact/
When you speak with them, refer to the following support document:
- "If you see the Apple logo or a red exclamation mark during startup, and your Apple Watch appears to restart or never fully starts up, contact Apple Support."
- If your Apple Watch doesn't respond or won't turn on - Apple Support
Based on the experience of others, your watch - if eligible - may require repair / replacement under warranty. If it would be more convenient for you than attending a Genius Bar reservation, ask Apple Support about the availability of Mail-in service.
