I have error code -54 when trying to sync iPod
When I am trying to sync myt iPod touch I am getting error code -54. What can I do?

I'm getting it too. Don't know why? I got it for the past few days or so.
Just go to Edit > Preferences > Devices, and Reset your Sync History. Worked for me.
