I am also facing the same problem. My iPhone is not recognizing by my mac after iOS 9 update, It was working fine before iOS 9 update. I have updated itunes (12.3) & Mac os (10.10.5).

@Limnos I have tried all the solutions provided by you & others but didn’t get solution of my problem.

@kimfrompbg I tried with different cords but not working. Still facing same issue.
