I let my phone automatically update last night while it was charging. I woke up to the connect to itunes emblem.
I connected my phone and it starts to update and then half way through It fails and gives me error code -39?
Know it is saying I have to restore my phone?
What can i do?

I see from your post that you're getting error 39 when you connect your iPhone to iTunes. To help resolve this issue I suggest that you go through the steps below.
"Error 39"
This can be caused by outdated iTunes software or web accelerators.
To resolve, download the latest version of iTunes for Windows at apple.com/itunes/download/
If already on the latest version, look at disabling or uninstalling any web accelerator software and restarting.
