Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
I see from your post that you're getting error 39 when you connect your iPhone to iTunes. To help resolve this issue I suggest that you go through the steps below.
"Error 39"
This can be caused by outdated iTunes software or web accelerators.
To resolve, download the latest version of iTunes for Windows at apple.com/itunes/download/
If already on the latest version, look at disabling or uninstalling any web accelerator software and restarting.Advanced iTunes Store troubleshooting - Apple Support
