I'd like to be able to smoothly transition from Android to iOS. I have a version of Android prior to 4.0. What options do I have for transferring everything ? If it makes a difference, I'm on a GS2 and am moving to an iPhone 5S.

If you don't have Android 4.0 or higher to use the Move to iOS app, then you can follow the steps in the link below to manually move the content from your Android to your new iPhone. Congratulations on your new iPhone!
