Q: iCloud Backup

My 5S can no longer back up to the cloud -- either automatically or manually -- since I installed iOS 9.0.1 Please help

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

If you're getting an error message when trying to back up your iPhone to iCloud, then I suggest that you go through the troubleshooting steps in the link below.

Thanks, Alex. I'm at my brother's house for the weekend and his wi-fi (dsl) is notoriously slow, hence my issues backing up to the cloud.
