I bought Imac 27 inch 5k last week . there is a lot of voltage fluctuation going in my house. I want to know , Do I mac need a voltage stabilizer in this condition or is it safe running without it ?

We have power fluctuations frequently as well. I have our computers connected to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). Specifically it is an APC Back UPS Pro 1500. You would be wise to have a backup power supply for your computer as well.
If the voltage goes outside of the 100-240 range, you’ll need a stabilizer.

Define a lot. I know whenever we turn on our vacuum cleaner upstairs the lights dim. That probably isn't so much voltage as amperage but my G4 has no issue with it.
