my iPhone will not download the new iOS 9

I need to know why my phone will not update the new iOS 9. Any help or info will be appreciated. Thank you!

How about a clue or 2 as to what is happening?

Errors?

Indication on screen?

Have you tried to upgrade using iTunes on your computer?
