Q: Microphone doesn't work when calling people unless on speaker

I upgraded to iOS 9 and since then I can't speak to people when I make or receive a call unless I put the phone on speaker, I can hear them fine though.

I have tried resetting the phone but nothing seems to work.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.1

Hey buddy. Do you fixed it?

I have exactly the same problem and can't fix.

People can only hear me on speaker and I can't make voice records.
