Since the IOS 9 update my podcast app closes while it updates the library. The new update to fix bugs hasn't fixed this. When will a new podcast app be released? It's not like I can re download the app since Apple made it an obligatory app some updates ago. I've contacted app support and they sent me here. How can I fix this? Podcasts are literally my life blood and the only thing I listen too.

I called Apple and got through, but the tech guy couldn't help. He transferred me to his supervisor and they just hung up on me.
I Turned my phone off and on again and that solved it
