USB ports not working with Bootcamp (Widows 7 Home Premium Edition)

Hey!

I have a Macbook Pro with Retina Display 15'' Late 2013 (pretty much 2014)

So Ive had bootcamp for around 3 weeks now, but the USB ports either done give power or work. Im using 2 different types of mice. I have a razer naga (which i know require to have software for it to work) and i also have a $15 mouse from target. The razer is VERY spotty with its functionally but when i use the Target mouse the bottom tracking light comes on but the mouse doesn't move. It does work sometimes though, if i have the USB plugged into one of the ports (right side) it MIGHT work. It gives me a notification that there was a Drive port connected and the mouse will function correctly.

Are there any drivers that can help me with this issue?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
