Q: I need help with activation for Iphone 6 I went to support and they are asking for serial number which they are saying is IMEI and when put that in it says incorrect any help

I need help with activation of I phone 6 I put in new sim card and now it will not activate old or new one

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4.1
