iphone 6s set up problem

Hello everybody,

hope you're all doing fine and maybe someone can help me :-)

Today I got the new iphone 6s. I have started as usual with the set up and went on with my Back up from my old iphone.

Everything went well but then I was asked to configure some more steps -> I contiued and then nothing, my iphone is frozen with a white display and is showing me the slide-button "Actualization" -> I'm trying to slide it, but nothing.

Is anyone having the same problem?

Hi everyone,

solved the problem - The problem appeared because I have decided to use my old Back up for the new iphone while still having the software on 9.0.

I upgraded to 9.0.1 and there everything easy and no problems.

There is a post as well from apple support I found afterwards

That has not worked for me. I have updated the computer, done the restart, and the back up stops.

Have then tried the restore option which also stops halfway through.

I was a keen Apple supporter, but this is ridiculous.\

Try to reset your phone: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go.

this does nothing as Find My Phone on the device needs to be turned off to do any restore and of course, you can't get into the device settings to amend anything.

I have same problem. Phone frozen not recognising Slide to upgrade..........

OK held both buttons which worked, so you enter code, then back to the Slide to Upgrade showing which freezes again!!

I have this problem as well. This is ridiculous. It's frozen, even with a hard reset.
