How can I transfer personal data like contacts, SMS, Pages docs, her pictures to my wife's new account (actualy existing but not used)? I would like to set up her phone as new iPhone with new account. Two separate accounts. Thanks!

Me and my wife are using the same apple ID for all devices.
How can I separate accounts without losing anything, including personal data.
I'm wondering if Family sharing will do the job.
