how can we get madden mobile refund?
With the glitches happening inside Madden Mobile app, it has rendered our legitimate purchases almost useless. How can we get the money refunded?

The game is absolutely useless now. Apple has refused to give me a refund for my purchases. Its absolutely ridiculous. I have to believe a huge percentage of players have requested refunds given EA's lack of ability to resolve the situation along with zero communication. I reached out to EA they tell me to talk to Itunes for a refund. Itunes tells me to talk to EA. Its an absolute joke.
