wish list is not working and saved items are gone

My wish list was working last night fine. Today it is not working and all items are gone, it is not even showing as empty and is just a blank screen. When I try to add items today nothing shows up in the wish list either. I have not recently upgraded iTunes, or anything else on my computer and have not changed any of the settings. Is there anyone else having this issue, didn't see anything listed and Apples status page shows everything is fine.

I totally get it, I think my wishlist had like 60+ songs on there. I know this probably isn't the most helpful response -- I'm not really the one to worry about these kings of things that much, but I'm sure someone somewhere will figure it out at some point. I highly doubt its an issue with your PC, so I guess for now all we can do is just be patient. Sorry :[

We're having this problem too. Last night our "wish list" went to a white screen. Everything else comes up EXCEPT for our wish list. It's not like the songs are gone, THE ENTIRE PAGE is gone. Just white..........It's so frustrating. I've reinstalled it, signed in and out and in again, cleared the cache and nothing...........It DOES show up on my ipad. at least I still have my wish list on there but not on our personal computer............

At least I still have our wish list on my ipad. Thank goodness! We can also still save songs to our wish list, just have to hunt them down on my ipad wish list and we can still buy songs. Just the entire wish list page is missing (nothing but a white page) and is frustrating. This has nothing to do w/ any of our computers, I believe since a lot of us are experiencing this. It's an iTunes glitch that THEY need to fix........more people need to complain in order for them to do something about this.............

I am getting the blank screen too, when I click wishlist (using either the drop down OR the link in the store). The good news is your wish list is not GONE. I was able to see mine when accessing the iTunes store on my iPad. And I have OVER 400 "potential purchases" saved!!! Seems to be a "iTunes for Windows" problem. I even (finally) upgraded to the latest version 12.3.0.44 this morning, thinking this would somehow fix it, but no luck there. I would appreciate it if someone from Apple would at least give us an update on whether this is being fixed or if it is just a temporary issue. As a general rule, I seem to experience more issues on the weekend, so maybe it has to do with the volume of users? All I know is: the constant "recurring Wish List issues" are growing tiresome. Some of us are interested in WAY MORE MUSIC than we can possibly purchase "on the spot" (without going broke - and yes, I want to OWN each and every song in my collection) so it is an excellent too! Please fix!!!

You can always purchase a wishlist item by just looking it up from "scratch." Plus you can still view (and purchase) songs from your wishlist using an iPod or iPhone, if you own either of those. (This is an "iTunes for Windows" issue, only) The problem is if you cannot access your list AND you don't remember what you selected. And unfortunately I have found, after saving the same list - now over 400 songs - over several YEARS (with occasional songs being purchased, of course) that, even when Wishlist WORKS, I can never RELY on my wishlist "staying intact" so I save screen shots of my updates, periodically, to ensure I won't "forget" songs that INEVITABLY fall off my list. It is so ANNOYING when that happens! I am guessing the "unauthorized reductions" to my wishlist occur when Apple makes changes behind the scenes, i.e.: the same song is suddenly offered on a different album, so my original selection is no longer available. It's so sad that I have to, in essence, "keep my OWN copy" of my iTunes wishlist because the Apple feature is so "unreliable!" But if you remember a song you wanted, simply search it up and purchase it that way. I did that yesterday, AFTER cross-referencing it on my iPad to ensure I was purchasing the "correct" album version I originally wanted. Good Luck - hopefully they will address this soon!

I just got an email from Apple Support telling me that because of all the complaints on this forum they ARE looking into it and agree that it's an Apple glitch and they are currently looking into it.

WAY TO GO GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! More people need to speak up when there are issues..................Hopefully they'll be a patch soon to fix this...........

I too am having the exact same issues with my wish list being a blank screen and saved items are gone. I can't say for certain how long ago the issue started as I only recently went into my wish list. Even after updating to the most current Itunes version, the problem still remained. I just spoke with an Apple support representative who remotely accessed my computer to take a look at the problem. She was able to identify on her end that I had 191 songs in my wish list (just a count of songs not the actual list of songs). She thought it was an issue with me not having an updated "agreement" on file so we updated that. It still didn't fix the problem. With my approval, she did a reset on her end which meant losing everything in my list and starting over. We then did a test by adding a random song to my wish list. Unfortunately, the "reset" did not work, the song we tested did not show up in my wish list and now it didn't even show up on her end that a song was added. Because the representative was unable to do anything further, the issue has now been forwarded to the engineering dept. for a hopeful resolution. I await a fix. :-(

Just adding my name to this - having the exact same problem - no "Add to wishlist" option from the drop down menu and when I select wish list either from the link on the iTunes Store Home page or from the drop down menu from my account "tab" on iTunes Library I end up at a completely blank page (apart from the menu bar along the top).

The thing is, I've noticed that this has happened before - when I initially searched for an answer on this I came across posts dated 2012 describing the exact same problem!

I think we will need Apple to sort this as, having searched about a bit, I haven't come across anyone who has found a work-around/solution yet.

Hey Guys,

Me too facing the same issue. I had around 600 selected songs and its all gone😟

Hope apple provides a fix ASAP !

They are likely still there; I can still access my wish list from my iPad even though I can't see it from my Windows iTunes Library. So I would think your Wish List is intact, it's just that there is a bug preventing access to it from Windows/iTunes Library for now.

So annoying. It's their loss. I just logged on with money to spare and no sign of my list. Probably would have spent at least $100. Drop in the bucket, I know, but still...

I feel like these people are trying to herd us into buying ever more gadgets. They discontinued the ipod Classic (and "can't" repair old ones) and there's no comparable size-alternative, this Wishlist problem seems confined to Windows users...
