No Audio after iOS 9.0.1 upgrade

I just upgraded my iPhone 6 64GB to iOS 9.0.1 last night and since then I have not been able to hear any audio when I receive calls. I am also unable to get any sound from my speakers. I tried placing the call on speaker and playing music. I cannot hear Siri either nor could I hear her before I upgraded to 9.0.1. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

If you're not hearing any audio from the speaker on your iPhone, then I suggest going through the troubleshooting steps in the link below.

This is a REAL problem in IOS 9.01. It has happened to both our iPhone 6's. I overslept this morning because when the alarm went off there was no sound. Restarting the phone does fix it but Apple needs to fix the root cause of this problem. It's a bug in IOS 9.01.
