Q: iphone 6+ issue

i have the iphone 6+ i was able to receive picture txt and group txt responses, now i am not receiving either. i went to Tmobile received a new sim card. it worked for a few days now i am back to square one.

I understand any frustration that you might have after getting your iPhone to receive MMS messages. Let's see if we can get that sorted out.

I would start with taking a look at the articles below. It has an extensive look at troubleshooting issues with sending and receiving messages. Also look into if you are using carrier text messages vs iMessages to help determine where to start troubleshooting.
