Safari only works with wi-fi

I just installed IOS 9.

My apps works outside of my wifi, everything else than my safari browser.

Safari works well once inside with my wifi.

Edit: The message I get is: "can't connect to internet".

I simply cannot begin to understand what this is..

I have restarted the Iphone 5 times cold and hot restart.

Help?!

I'Ve found that my Safari mobiledata is turnes off the moment I turn it on. I've also found that Podcast's mobiledata also does the same. There might be more. This could be because of the new update. My phone is completely new And have very few apps so far. The installation of the new update 9.1 is the first update ever on this phone Besides the 9.0 which Ininstalled the day before.

if you have this problem, please let yourself be known.

Btw, browsers like Opera and Chrome works fine.

-- you can not turn off solved 😁

-- have you looked at the other settings in the same settings chapter?

another thin you may try: set airplane mode, after a few seconds set it to off again.

the do a "forced restart":

press and hold the Power button and Home button at the same time, keep holding, let both go when you see the white apple logo, let it start completely.
