I Am looking for a app that I can lock the use of several icons like Internet, Facebook, settings to prevent anyone else using them. Android seem to have plenty but I cannot find any except for photo lockers on iTunes.

Due to the sandbox nature of iOS where each app operates in its own space,
there is no way for one app to control/lock another. Some apps do provide
locking for themselves, but cannot lock others.
Put a passcode on your iPhone to keep out others. If you are lending your iPhone
to people who will rummage through your personal information/photos/texts/etc,
perhaps you might want to reconsider why you would that.
