how to setup a ipod 5 without a target credentials?

I bought a ipod 5 in a pawnshop, i charged it, i turned it on and evreything was going good but when i get to the part of the ID, it asked me for a target corp. credential ''username and password'' im back in Mexico and here are no Target stores. I have no idea how to get a target card or something.
