If not this:

iTunes: Fix iPhone or iPod Not Detected in Windows 10

then

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Mac OS X

Or

See

iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows

- I would start with

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

or

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components

- Then do the other actions of:

iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

paying special attention to item #5

- New cable and different USB port

- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates

I try removing itunes, Icloud and quick time from my computer and reinstalling itunes and I still have the same problem. I check for updates also drivers update and nothing this is only happening on my computer with windows 10, I went to my old laptop with windows 7 and everything runs fine, I must say that before upgrading to windows 10 I was running windows 8.1 on this computer and my itunes was working fine. I did uninstall everything three times already. Contacted Apple support and nothing, they think the problem is with windows 10. Can anyone out there tell me if this is going to required an itunes update or a windows update and how can I get the right company to work on a solution to this problem.
