Can't access Google or YouTube

I have an iPhone 4S, running iOS 9.0.1. Never had an issue until I woke up this morning.

I have the weirdest issue that seemed to pop up out of nowhere. I am completely stumped so I have come here for the experts in the community.

This morning I woke up, fired up my YouTube app and noticed that video descriptions were loading, but the thumbnails, and actual video would not load.

Weird, the YouTube app was like, half working. So I did what I normally do when I come across an issue, head over to Google to search for the answer. BUT guess what, google won't load either. I tried using Safari, I tried using Google Chrome. Google search engine will not load. When I type stuff in the address bar to do a search, it usually gives me suggestions. The suggestions aren't even appearing.

Every single other website works fine, but I can't get to Google or YouTube.

NOW for the strange part. I left my house and went to work, connected to the wifi there and both Google and YouTube started working again. So that makes me think, OK, maybe I have an issue with my wifi at home.....BUT GUESS WHAT. Every single other device I have in my house (PC, Nexus Tablet, Android Phone) connects to both YouTube and Google just like normal, no issues at all. The issue is isolated to my iPhone. If I switch off the WIFI, I can connect to Google and YouTube with my cellular data, but as soon as I connect to my wifi, they are not accessible.

If it was my wifi, or internet connection, then I would assume all my devices would not be able to connect to Google or YouTube. But, all other devices connect to those sites absolutely fine.

I can access and login to gmail.com

I can access and read news.google.com

Its mainly www.google.com and m.youtube.com / www.youtube.com that are giving me the issue.

Some things I have tried....

Turned iPhone off and on

Settings > WIFI > ACCESS POINT > Forget this Network, rejoin network, no change

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings, rejoin network, no change

Settings > WIFI > ACCESS POINT > changed DNS to 8.8.8.8, no change

Cleared all cookies, history, cache, temp files in both Safari and Google Chrome apps, no change

This morning, I ran iOS 8. I had this problem, went to work, upgrade to 9.0.1, came home, no change

Please help me.

This is what worked for me on ipad mini with ios 9.0

Check tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data , do you see any data stored for youtube.com or google.com? if yes clear it all.

Uninstall Youtube app.

open safari (If google.com is not working earlier then goto google.com first) goto youtube.com from safari.

Play any youtube video for a while.

close safari and again check tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data. Now you should see data against youtube.com and or google.com

Install back youtube app from playstore.

It should start working back again now.
