how to recover data after upgrade to IOS 9?

after upgrade to IOS 9 my data in Keynote and Page was missing.

in storage it can be seen the data was still there but when open the apps has no files.

also I can't backup iCloud.

iPad Air, iOS 9.0.1

I'm sorry I post here as my data in Keynote was missing (in apps) after upgrade. but in storage I still can see the list of files. if anyone can help how to bring it back. thank you.
