Q: how to set up an apple id with separate users

There are five people in my house that share my apple ID.  They are getting older now, so I want them to be able to use my ID but have their own passwords so that they can buy their own stuff.  I still want them under my account though so that I can see what they are buying and so that we can still share the music we buy.

Family Sharing as Lawrence suggests. They will all need their own Apple ID's, but if they are minors, you can control purchases.
