Since downloading iOS 9 iMessage requires me to Sign In and activate iMessage every day.
After loading iOS 9 I changed my password, turned off and on iMessage and Facetime and reset my network settings.
Today I loaded iOS 9.01. After entering my id and password iMessage has been processing my sign in request with no response.

I completely shut down my iPad, restarted it and was able to sign into iMessage with no delay. I still wonder why I have to sign in to activate iMessage every day?
I decided to shut the iPad down again to see if the problem reoccurred.
Same problem, iMessage is stuck at Signing in...

Here is what I get when I try to sign in from Settings.
Had to shut down and retstart iPad again. Afterwards I was able to Sign in right away. Hope this problem goes away.
