Logic Pro X - How can I make my audio sound like it's coming from a Live PA System?

Hey everyone,

I'm using Logic Pro X. I recorded audio from a big show I did the other night, but it's just a mix straight from the sound mixer, so it doesn't have the big live sound that the PA system, along with the grandstands seating area, achieves.

Is there any way (a plugin I can purchase, filters, effects,...) I can get the audio to sound more like it's coming from the main PA system? Like I'm sitting out in the audience listening to the show?

Thanks!

If you have a dry recording and you want it sound like a recording in a room/hall/arena then you replicate what happens in such an environment. The Plugin for that is a Reverb Plugin or a Delay Plugin (which is what a Reverb technically is). The better the Plugin, the better the simulation. Use Logic's Space Designer, a convolution reverb) one of the best. It has pretty good presets and if you go by the description, the result might be already what you want.

If you know more about reverb parameters and acoustic , then you can tweak the controls to make it sound the way you want.

Hope that helps
