contacts not syncing
I added a new contact on my iPhone 5S that has iOS 9.0.1. However several days later it still has not synced to my iCloud account and therefore is not on my Contacts on my iMac.

I found out what was the problem. If you have contacts on your iPhone that are listed under the IPHONE>All iPhone listing, they will not sync through iCloud.
To find the contacts that are under that listing you go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars and then scroll down a ways to CONTACTS>Default Account. If that is listed as On My IPhone then those contacts will NOT sync to the cloud. One must choose iCloud at the top of that list.
