iOS 9 Wallet Size Issue

Today I upgraded to an iPhone 6s from a 5s backup, and I just realized that by doing so it moved over my Starbucks passes as well. However, when I open them they are too wide for the wallet app, making them unable to be deleted/edited in any way. It's as if the resolution is messed up and is still used to my 5s screen. I tried deleting the Starbucks app, but this won't remove them from my wallet, and I can't hit the delete button in the wallet app because of their size. How do I fix this?

Thanks!

I am running iOS 9.0.2 on an iPhone 6S upgraded from an iPhone5 on iOS9.01.

I am also having the problem for all my cards in the wallet.

However, I found a work around.

In settings allow Wallet to be accessed from the Lock Screen.

Wake up your phone to the lock screen and double click the home key to go to the wallet.

When I do that I find that the cards are presented at the correct size.

Click on the pile of cards at the bottom of the screen and you can edit any of the cards in the wallet.

Yes. I had exactly the same issue restoring a new iPhone 6s from an iPhone 5s backup. Passes in Wallet were now too big on Standard view. Did the usual things:

1. hard reset NO RESULT

2. reset all settings NO RESULT

3. set up as new iPhone and restore from backup NO RESULT

4. take to Apple Store to see a genius. They weren't aware of the problem. They contacted engineers. They didn't seem aware. NO RESULT

I finally bit the bullet, set up the iPhone 6s as a NEW PHONE, and manually put back all the apps, put in my carefully selected settings once more (this took hours of course!) and imported my Wallet passes again. LO AND BEHOLD, the passes were now correctly sized in Wallet.

It appears that it is solely a problem with restoring from a 5s backup. It is a pain in the proverbials, but the long way around worked.

I added a payment card as pointed out by wmbell and indeed it does correctly format so it is a workaround.

HOWEVER when doing this the following Apps don't appear:

JetBlue

American Airlines

Starbucks

Hotels.com

BUT they are still there in the Wallet when opened.

{As an aside I can't get Ryanair to add to the Wallet - no surprise there)

This is using an 6s restored from a iTunes 5s backup - I really don't want to rebuild from scratch with some 270+ apps... but I suspect this may be the only answer but will try Support to check if there is any help out there now and will report back.

Same problem here. Set up iPhone 6S from a backup of iPhone 5S. After a month of following this and many other discussions in Support Communities about this problem, submitting feedback, and contacting Customer Service, I took the new iPhone to the Genius Bar at my local Apple Store. The "solution" was to restore the phone and set up as a new phone. Items in the wallet now appear in the appropriate size. Of course, I had to download all my apps, rebuild all my settings including Touch ID and passcode, reconfigure my wifi and Bluetooth connections, and sync my tones. And, of course I lost a lot of information including my Messages content and Activity data since June. Oh, and did I mention that I had Activity data because I have an Apple Watch paired to my phone, which also had to be restored, paired, and configured. So much for a smooth transition from one device to another. Apple, you let me down! All told, four to five hours of work to get my phone to work as expected, more to communicate the problem to the company. And from Apple... the sound of crickets.
