Q: iOS 9 Wallet Size Issue

Today I upgraded to an iPhone 6s from a 5s backup, and I just realized that by doing so it moved over my Starbucks passes as well. However, when I open them they are too wide for the wallet app, making them unable to be deleted/edited in any way. It's as if the resolution is messed up and is still used to my 5s screen. I tried deleting the Starbucks app, but this won't remove them from my wallet, and I can't hit the delete button in the wallet app because of their size. How do I fix this?

Thanks!

This is happening to me too. It's affecting everything in Wallet, including Apple Pay cards. I also upgraded from a 5S to a 6S.

My guess is that Wallet thinks it is running on an 6S Plus, so everything is too big.

Is your Apple Watch app also showing things in a big font size?

Having the same issue.  On my 6s i update to 9.0.1.  then the wallet size had an issue.  When I am in standard view, the wallet screen is way too small.  Then I tried zoom view, and then the wallet fit.  Soooo.  apple can you fix that for us?  thanks.

I'm having the same issue but did a little experiment. When I switched to zoomed view the items in Wallet appeared normal. The fit in the screen. I then switched back to standard view and the issue returned. A glitch that probably will be addressed with future update as long as we report it to Apple. http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

The feedback page isn't the best place to report actual bugs like this, you should contact Applecare instead.

I am having this issue also, contacted apple support, and it was suggested that I reset all settings, which i wasn't prepared to do as it took ages to set the phone up, and wasn't guaranteed to fix the issue.

Did you upgrade using iTunes backup or iCloud backup?

I've upgraded using iTunes and am wondering if an upgrade from an iCloud backup could work.

I contacted AppleCare and was told to restore the phone "as a new iPhone" and then restore backed up data.  I did, and the problem was NOT solved.  However, as mentioned above, if I switch to "Zoom" display, I do see Wallet rendered appropriately.

So I was also experiencing this issue, and after many MANY backups and resets, I believe I have found a workaround doing the following steps:

*Note*  Create all the backups using iTunes, NOT iCloud.  After you have verified that your iPhone 6/6s no longer has the bug, you can create a new iCloud backup.

    1) Create a backup using your old iPhone 5/5s on iTunes, NOT on iCloud

    2) Erase your iPhone 6/6s, and set up as a new iPhone

    3) Create a NEW backup of this reformatted iPhone 6/6s in iTunes

    4) Restore your iPhone 6/6s using your old iPhone 5/5s backup

*Note* This will copy all your old apps and settings over and will carry over the Apple Wallet bug

    5) Lastly, do a restore from iTunes with the new iPhone 6/6s backup you also created from iTunes

*Note* this should transfer over the CORRECT Apple Wallet Settings without the bug while keeping your old applications.

If some people could test this and let me know if it works.  Feel free to task me any questions.  The only drawbacks I have fund are that it will not carry over any text messages, contact favorites, or app folders, BUT it's the only method I have found so far that neutralizes the Apple Wallet bug for those upgrading to an iPhone 6/6s from an iPhone 5/5s until Apple pushes out a new update.

Contact the developer of the Starbucks app to see if they are working on a fix for this problem.

    Hi, Ralph9430

It is not only Starbucks unfortunately as I have the same issue with all my Wallet items:

    American Airlines

    Jet Blue

    Hotels.com

    Booking.com

    Eventbrite

    Starbucks

It seems to me that the "switch" between Standard and Zoom is set the wrong way for the Wallet in ios9.0.1 - didn't get to try in iOS9.0 so maybe a new bug or existing.

    I've reported per Radius1238 to http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html

I've got this problem too , and it's the same for my credit cards , store cards and loyalty cards.  It's as if you need to turn the phone landscape to view them , but that doesn't work!

Very annoying and obviously an Apple fault and not the individual card issuers.

    What's zoom view?

ETA: OK , I've found it, and switching to Zoom view does fix the Wallet issue so at least I've been able to sort my cards and remove the ones I don't want, but as soon as I revert to standard view (because zoom view on other features such as email and SMS is *pants*) ,the cards are too wide again.

Same issue but with a newly bought iPhone 6 (not 6s). I did set up as a new phone. Used iTunes to download and upgrade the new phone to iOS 9.0.1. Then used iTunes to restore to a iPhone 5s backup. All items in the Wallet app are oversized which crops the four sides, making it impossible to hit the "i" circle.
