Q: iOS 9 Wallet Size Issue

Today I upgraded to an iPhone 6s from a 5s backup, and I just realized that by doing so it moved over my Starbucks passes as well. However, when I open them they are too wide for the wallet app, making them unable to be deleted/edited in any way. It's as if the resolution is messed up and is still used to my 5s screen. I tried deleting the Starbucks app, but this won't remove them from my wallet, and I can't hit the delete button in the wallet app because of their size. How do I fix this?

Thanks!

I also have the same issue with my brand new iPhone 6s.  The only way to see the whole card in Wallet is to switch to Zoomed View, which is not what I want, or what should need to be done.  This is clearly a bug, and I have reported the issue using the link below—others should as well.  It is worth noting, that the cards do display properly on the Home Screen with the double-press setting enabled.

EDIT:  Looks like my Apple Weather App is also affected!  The right side is cut off.

    Got this issue as well!

I had an iPhone 5 (running 9.0.1), upgrade to a 6s, 9.0.1 and my cards are all too big!

The display resolution seems to be a problem with nearly all apps. Even the Mail-App ist affected when the iPhone screeen size is in standard mode. If you try to zoom a message you won't be able to see neither the left nor the right part of the message.

I have this exact same issue. Many people say you have to start from scratch, and can't use a backup from an older device. I'm not prepared to do that. Apple needs to fix it now, not tell us to spend hours manually setting up the phone the way we like.

They just released a patch today for a bunch of other crap, but not this.

Nope, 9.0.2 does not fix it.

I can also confirm that iOS v9.0.2 does not correct this issue.

Same here, iOS 9.0.2 does not help the issue on my 6S. Pretty annoying.

So , I've just adjusted my settings so that I can access Apple Pay from the lock screen by double clicking the home button and done this way all the cards are shown the correct size.  But, there is no option to amend them!

I just got a new iPhone 6S and I am having the same problem. But I stumbled upon a temporary fix until they fix it in the next update. You can also access Wallet from the lock screen by double tapping the home button. For some reason when you pull it up that way, all the cards appear normally.

I'm also having this issue. But to make matters worse, the "double tap" from the Lock screen doesn't bring up my Wallet. I have the settings enabled properly in both Wallet and Touch ID sections, but it still doesn't work. I'm in Canada, and we don't actually have Apple Pay yet, but I use Wallet for my passes and other points based cards. Could it be because I don't have an actual Credit Card setup in Apple Pay that this double tap doesn't work? I've tried both double tap and double press, both of which just end up registering my fingerprint and taking me into the Home screen. If I used a finger that isn't programmed into Touch ID, nothing happens at all.

    Any ideas here?

    Thanks

    Scope111

I saw the comments on double tapping and when I tired nothing happened also or if I used my Touch ID finger it took me to the Home Screen.

    {I'm in the UK and although Apple Pay has arrived my main Bank, Barclays, are stalling implementation to try and persuade people to use their proprietary bPay instead so I don't yet have a payment card in my Wallet. (I'm think I'm going to get the functionality from another Bank as getting bored waiting now!).}

My conclusion - it was because I don't have a Payment Card set up but one would think I might want to use it with other cards e.g. Starbucks etc.  I am surprised this issue didn't come up in the Public Beta Testing - which for once I passed one. You are not alone!
