I work and live abroad (Mongolia) but my billing address is still in America and I still use an American credit card.. How do I use my American card to buy music from Mongolia's store?
You can't - whilst you are in Mongolia you can only use the Mongolia store (you have to be in a country to use its store, so you can't use the US store until you return there), and you can use a credit card issued by a Mongolian bank and that is registered to the same name and address as on your iTunes account
