Q: Why is my iPhone 6 stuck in a swipe to upgrade cycle?

I got an update notice this morning and clicked to install it. For an hour now and through a half-dozen of so cycles, my phone will not finish the upgrade. It progresses halfway, then either goes dark and requires a restart or goes back to the while Swipe to Upgrade screen.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.1

Thanks, FoxFifth. This worked. I had to restore, but a little housekeeping doesn't hurt now and then. I appreciate your help.
