File sharing and computer visibility on the network

As I usually don't like others to see me on a certain network, I've turned of all kind of file sharing options etc.

Still, I would like to have it at home, where nobody accesses it but me.

Is there a way of activating file sharing only when connected to a certain predefined network? I've been googling already for a while but without success.
