Wifi calling with Vodafone no toggle switch Vodafone unsure why

hi, I'm running a iPhone 6

bought February 2015 (as Vodafone convinced me wifi calling would soon be available by end of summer 2015)

RUNNING IOS 9.0.1

Vodafone UK carrier number 21.1

ive been talking to Vodafone chat and person to person telephone calls for 3 days and still no joy

my problem is I have no wifi calling switch/toggle I fact nothing referring to wifi calling Vodafone said they've switched it on their end and do not understand why there is no option visible on my iphone 6 as the have authorised their end and we keep going around in circles they now point it to a apple problem please advise or help as I live 30miles away from the nearest Apple Store

kind regards Neil

Some carriers, such as Vodafone, restrict Wi-Fi calling to the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus

https://support.apple.com/HT203032

"iPhone 5c and later are capable of Wi-Fi Calling. Check with your carrier on which models are supported."

BUT

http://www.vodafone.co.uk/explore/network/network-improvements/wi-fi-calling/

"To take advantage of Wi-Fi Calling, you need:

a Pay monthly Red or Red Value Bundle, Red+ or Business Premier*

iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus"
