Check the liquid contact indicator >  Liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty - Apple Support

Make an appointment at a Genius Bar

If you can't get to an Apple Store, look for an authorized service provider >  Apple - Find Locations

Make an appointment at the nearest Apple store to have your iPhone

evaluated. After the diagnosis is complete, the staff will inform you of

    the available options.

    Make a Genius Bar Reservation

Water and electronics do not play well together. From your brief description,

your iPhone is probably internally damaged and will have to be replaced.

If your iPhone is not jailbroken and has its original components, you will

be offered a reduced price Out of Warranty replacement.

    Thanks for your replying!

I checked my liquid contact indicator but it does not tune red, Dose this mean that my iphone6 has not been damaged by liquid?

but I am sure it cannot be turned on.

I am now overseas so I cannot directly go to the US local Apple store for diagnosis until next month. I even have some troubles to call the apple support.

what I want to know here is:

(1)if I need to replace the unit or other HW, how much it costs?

(2)Will my data be lost after the HW replacement? I am sure I did not back up my data on the icloud

(3)can I request to change to a new Iphone 6 ? if I can, what is the process please?

    Regards

1] Out of Warranty replacement cost for an iPhone 6 is $299.

2] If you have no backup, you data will be lost. Are you sure you did not use iCloud?

3] Out of Warranty replacement iPhone will be the same model, color, memory,

lock/unlock status as the iPhone being replaced.

Even tho' the LCI is not red, there still is internal damage that is preventing the

    iPhone from turning on.
