Adding Printers & Other USB devices

I'm wondering if I can purchase "AirPort Express Base Station with AirTunes" and be able to hook up a standard printer to make it a networked printer. Also could I use a USB hub to add multiple devices to the network?

I have a 250GB hd that I would love to network.

What if this is possible?
Could someone please advise.

Yes for most printers, which printer do you have?

No that is not possible.
