ProRes codec differences?

What are the differences among the different Apple Quicktime ProRes codecs 422, 422 HQ, 422 LT, 422 Proxy, and 4444? I'm looking to capture hour-long live video and want a finished file size around 5 GB. Thanks.

There is a lot of information about the codec in this white paperby Apple.

Depending on the required resolution and frame rate, you'll probably need to use a Long GOP codec like H.264 to meet those size requirements (see appendix in the doc).
