Apple I need video call over 3G network without Internet connection.I've been waiting for so long.SamsongGalaxy users have this opportunity. My operator support this but I can't because I use iPhone only.Apple ! SamsongGalaxy is better than you?

In order to make FaceTime calls you need an Internet connection — which means that you have to be connected to a Wi-Fi network or use your cellular data. In case you didn't know, FaceTime is based on protocols of voice over IP (VoIP).

There's currently no way you can make video calls without an Internet connection — this is true for iOS and any other operating system — unless if you use the video calling services of your carrier.
