How can I sync iCloud Calendar with Windows 10 Calendar?

Can I sync iCloud Calendar with Windows 10 Calendar? Although I have succeeded in syncing with MS Office Outlook 2013 Calendar, this would be nice as it is the immediately accessible Windows 10 Calendar. iCloud Calendar hasn't synced with Microsoft Live Calendar (OneDrive web or desktop) either. I am using the iCloud app on my Windows 10 desktop. Any help or advice will be appreciated. David
