Airplay is working but iTunes can not see apple TV

Hello

i have a problem with my apple tv.3rd generation Airplay both from the computer and also in iTunes works. But i can not connect to any other services on the apple tv or better i do not see them. When trying to connect to the iTunes store through apple tv it does not work. says can not connect to itunes store. The main menu under settings is blank. and when connecting the apple tv to the computer via the usb port . iTunes is not seeing the apple TV device. so i can not update as the update also does not work when trying to do from the apple TV direct.

the only things it finds is my computer and when iTunes is open it finds the iTunes library

hope anybody has an answer

using apple TV 3rd generation, on El Capitan 10.11 Beta (15A278b)
