Q: My new 6s restored from backup stuck at "swipe to upgrade" with white screen after selecting update to 9.0.1.

My new 6s restored from backup stuck at "swipe to upgrade" with white screen after selecting update to 9.0.1. Restored from an iPhone 4 backup. I can swipe it, enter passcode and get a white screen with apple logo and blank bar below it. It does nothing for approximately two minutes, then returns to swipe to upgrade.

I can't get into it to reset it and start over.
