How do I add text to a trailer in iMovie?

Which iMovie version?

I've only done trailers in iMovie 9 and you add text when the trailer you've chosen prompts you - it prompts you to add pics, videos, and text. I just checked the latest iMovie version and it works in about the same way - very simple to add text.
