Differences between 2014 and 2015 MacBook Pro 15.4" i7 2.2 Quad-core models

I have decided to buy my first Mac computer ever and I am thinking in purchasing the MacBook Pro 15" with Retina Display

Are there any hardware/design differences between 2014 (MGXA2) and 2015 (MJLQ2) MacBook Pro 15.4" i7 2.2 Quad-core models?

And also, is it possible to upgrade the SSD and RAM of both models later on after purchasing?

RAM and Storage SSD are not upgradable.
