If you mean that the caller ID does not show on the phone of any person you are calling, how you enable that depends on your cellular carrier. With some carriers you can turn it off via an option in Settings > Phone. With other carriers you need to do it via their website or their customer support.

True for some carriers -- not true for my carrier.
Thanks everyone for your help and support. I ended up calling my carrier (Sprint) and evidently it was an issue with my account settings. But, FYI, there was no setting for me to change on my phone. Not sure if this is true of the iPhone 6S Plus with other carriers. I'm all fixed now and thanks again!
I just ran into the same problem with my new iPhone 6. I checked with AT&T and to resolve it, I enabled LTE for Data Only.
Go to settings
Select Cellular
Select Enable LTE
Select Data Only
