recovery of music from ipad.

Like most I had an account with lots of purchased music from iTunes and lots from cd uploads. I cleared my pc and installed windows 10 and then ITunes. ITunes has downloaded all my purchased items but not my uploaded music. I have my full library on my iPad , but how do I transfer it back onto my Pc. Anyone please HELP!!!!!
